CHIP takes participants through an intensive educational program. Throughout the program, participants are guided through the various stages of lifestyle change, to show them the benefits of an optimal lifestyle and to give them the tools needed to maintain positive lifestyle changes. Sessions are conducted in a group setting, which provides a supportive environment that reinforces positive lifestyle behaviors and builds lasting friendships. At various points throughout the program, participants take part in blood draws and health risk assessments, to track their progress throughout the program and guide them on their own unique journey.
Through the use of entertaining educational video sessions and the supporting text “Learn More”, participants are given a wealth of knowledge needed to make positive lifestyle changes. This information is supported by the “Live More” workbook, and CHIP facilitators who challenge participants to live the best life possible, while providing invaluable support and encouragement throughout the journey.
